  • Step 01 / Looking within

    In the first appointment, you can expect that we will dive deep into the objectives and work on formalizing exact goals based on the information provided. This step in necessary because clients sometimes miss a mark and do not formulate attainable goals.

  • Step 02 / The External

    The second appointment is all about formulating the communication approach from the inside, and outwards. The strategy has to be aligned with the previously set up goals and this is the time when we determine the duration of the strategy and adjust it to all the participants involved.

  • Step 03 / New Beginnings

    This is the time to summarize the effects of the strategy and comment on objectives that were fulfilled. Sharing your hones insights on how the process in developing is key, because it allows us to change/modify accordingly.

Course structure

The meetings are scheduled virtually respecting your own pace. Attendees will receive an email reminder as well as additional materials after the meeting.
